Rule-based trading software
Coinermance: you set the rules, your broker holds the money.
Coinermance trading software sends orders to your broker only within limits you set: the risk per trade, and your stop-loss and take-profit levels. The broker, not us, holds your money and carries out the orders. Joining the early-access list costs nothing. Trading does cost something, and you can lose money doing it.
Risk per tradeIllustration
On a 1,000 account, 2% is 20 at risk on one trade.
Stop-loss and take-profit
Two levels, both yours.
Halt
The money stays with your broker. Illustration only: not live data, not a prediction.

The name
What Coinermance trading software is, and is not.
A name is only a name. Coinermance is the trading name of Quantum Software Technologies Ltd; “quantum” belongs to that legal name and to nothing else here. The software does not use quantum computing.
Under the bonnet it is ordinary arithmetic on order-book depth, applied to the rules you set. It has no view on where prices go next, and nor does anyone else's.
It is
- Software that sends orders only within your limits
- A company with a number on a public register
- Paid by brokers, and open about it
It is not
- A broker, bank or adviser
- Where your money is kept
- A forecast, or a promise of any result
How it works
Rule-based trading software: rules in, orders out.
Every task on this page belongs to one of two parties: you, or your broker.
You decide
- The markets you want orders placed in.
- Your risk per trade, between 1% and 5% of the account.
- Where each position stops out and where it takes profit.
- The moment to stop: one click halts new orders.
Your broker does
- Keeps your deposit in a client account.
- Executes each order and clears it.
- Sets the spread, which widens and narrows with liquidity.
- Reviews your withdrawal requests and pays them out.
Halting stops new orders only. An open position is the broker's to close, so find out how before you need to.
From sign-up to first trade
Four steps. No rush.
- Leave your details.Three fields, then phone and consent.
- Wait for our email. We write when registration opens. Until then nothing is charged and no deposit is taken.
- Check the broker. Its name, licence and own loss figure come first, before you share anything with it.
- Choose.Set your rules, or leave it there.
When registration opens, a live account will need a deposit from $250 AUD (or £250 GBP / €250 EUR / $250 CAD / $250 NZD / $250 SGD). It is your own money and it is at risk.
Costs
What it costs, in one plain table.
Software at £0 still leaves trading costs. The spread is paid on every trade and widens when markets are thin. Brokers pay Coinermance rebates and referral fees; that does not raise the software price or alter your spread. The About page has the detail.
| Item | Cost | Who sets it |
|---|---|---|
| Software and early-access list | £0 / $0 | Coinermance |
| Deposit fee from Coinermance | £0 / $0 | Coinermance; your bank or broker may charge their own |
| Trading spread | Variable | The executing broker, moving with liquidity |
| Withdrawal fee from Coinermance | £0 / $0 | Coinermance; the broker's schedule may differ |
Withdrawals
Getting your money out, step by step.
- Step 1You ask
Ask for any amount up to your balance, at any time.
- Step 224 h
The broker reviews the request within 24 business hours.
- Step 31–3 days
Business days for the money to clear, depending on your bank.
Coinermance adds no lock-up, no holdback and no withdrawal fee. The broker's terms decide the payout and banks can add delay, so these are usual service levels rather than promises.
Risks
How you can lose, said plainly.
Most retail CFD accounts lose money. After a 20% fall you need a 25% rise to get back to even; after a 50% fall, 100%.
That arithmetic is why risk per trade matters more than any forecast. A price can jump past your stop, a spread can widen without warning, and a rule that suited last year's market can fail in next week's.
Educational chart
The deeper the loss, the steeper the climb back.
Plain arithmetic, not a forecast. After a 20% fall, 80 is left from 100, and 25 on top of 80 gets it back to 100.
Educational calculator
Position size calculator: how big should a trade be?
Educational only. It shows what you plan to lose if the stop fills at your level, not what you could earn. A price gap can fill the stop at a worse price.

Questions
Questions people actually ask.
Short answers, no jargon. Search, or pick a topic.
16 of 16 questions shown
01What is Coinermance?
Coinermance is software that turns trading rules you write into orders. The rules cover which markets to use, how much to risk, and where to stop and take profit. A broker carries the orders out. We are a software company, not a broker, a bank or an adviser.
02How does it work?
You enter your limits once. The software studies order-book depth with ordinary statistics and sends an order only when it fits those limits. Your broker fills it. One click on Halt ends new orders. Nothing in it predicts prices.
03Who holds my money?
Your broker does, in a client account. Coinermance never touches client money. Once registration opens, each broker's name, regulator and licence number will sit in the broker table, with a link to the public register.
04What does it cost?
Nothing to join the list or to use the software. Trading has costs: the spread your broker sets, plus any fees your broker or bank adds. Brokers pay us, not you.
05What is the minimum deposit?
Once registration opens, opening an account will need a deposit from $250 AUD (or £250 GBP / €250 EUR / $250 CAD / $250 NZD / $250 SGD). The money is yours and it is at risk. Joining the list takes no money.
06How do withdrawals work?
You send a request to your broker for up to your whole balance. It reviews the request within 24 business hours, and the money then takes 1 to 3 business days to clear. We add no lock-up, no holdback and no fee. The broker's terms apply, and banks can be slow.
07Can I lose more than I deposit?
You can lose all of your deposit. Whether you can owe more than that depends on your broker and on your country. Some regulators require brokers to protect retail clients from owing more than they put in, but not all do, and we cannot promise it applies to you. Read the broker's terms before you deposit.
08How can I lose money?
In several ways. A losing trade can cost your whole deposit, a price can leap past your stop, spreads can widen, a rule tuned on old data can fail on new data, and software or connections can break. The Risk Disclosure page lists them all.
09Is my data secure?
The site runs over TLS 1.3. The form asks only for your name, email address and phone number, and records your IP address. Submissions are rate-limited and checked on our server. We never ask for a password or bank details here. The Privacy Policy covers how long we keep things.
10Will I pay tax on my results?
Possibly. It depends on where you live and on your own circumstances, and tax advice is outside what we can give. Keep your broker's statements and ask a qualified tax adviser.
11How is Coinermance paid?
By brokers. They pay rebates and referral fees for clients we introduce. The payment is not added to your costs and does not change your spread, but it does give us a reason to want you to open a live account, so we say so at the top of every page. The About page has the detail.
12Is Coinermance a scam? Is it legitimate?
Treat us as a seller and check us. Coinermance is the trading name of Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, number 14209581, and listed on Companies House. A broker holds your money. The review page separates what you can check from what you cannot.
13Do I need trading experience?
Not to join the list. To trade, you should understand CFDs and what a stop-loss cannot do, and a licensed broker will question you about your experience before it opens an account. If that is unfamiliar, learn first and deposit later.
14How do I log in, and how do I spot a fake site?
Log in at app.coinermance.io/login only, typed in or bookmarked. Two domains are ours: coinermance.io and app.coinermance.io. Any other address, on any extension, is not us. We use no celebrities, and we never ask for a password by email, phone or message. Report fakes to [email protected].
15Is it available in my country?
Whether you can use it depends on where you are. Access to the website is restricted in some countries, and we may change which ones. Where trading is offered, it is only through an executing broker that holds the right licence for your country. If we cannot offer you the service, you will not be able to reach the site or join the list.
16How do I make a complaint?
Write to [email protected] and we will acknowledge it within 48 business hours. If the complaint concerns trading, money or an account, the broker may need to hear it as well. It has its own process and, in some places, an ombudsman.
No question matches that. Try another word, or email [email protected].
